Beth Price is a professional harpist in the Cleveland, OH area and has played for over 15 years. Originally from Rochester, NY, Beth has experience in a variety of performance settings. She studied harp under professors Cathleen Gurnett, Dr. Nan Bassett at the Eastman Community Music School, and Caroline Reyes at Roberts Wesleyan College. Beth has a B.S. in Harp Performance from Roberts Wesleyan College and a M.S. in Music Therapy from Nazareth College.
Beth was principal harpist of the Roberts Wesleyan College Orchestra in Rochester, NY for over ten years. She has performed as a substitute harpist for the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra for three years.
Beth has performed for numerous weddings, dinner and cocktail events, private gatherings, seasonal events, and fundraisers. She performed for a VIP reception for the Lakeside Foundation with speaker and First Lady Laura Bush. In 2009, Beth was awarded 1st place in the Hochstein Recital Competition.
Beth continues to explore new styles with her music, and appreciates opportunities to perform in new and innovative places.
